This was the simplest part. No cardio. No long hours of exercising. Just wind sprinting.

Every evening, I did 5 minutes of warm up followed by 12 sets of 100 meters all out sprinting. In between, the sprints, I would rest for 1 minute. Then I would end with another 5 minutes warm down.

It would be more sufficient if you can, do uphill sprinting.
